In addition to the Ülemiste development project, IBE Estonia has developed three apartment buildings, each with 15 apartments, at 17 Vägeva Road in the village of Peetri. These buildings border the Ülemiste development project.
They were built in stages in 2007 and include apartments with two or three rooms with an area of 52.5-72.8 m2.
The apartments are spacious, with large windows and autonomous gas heating that keeps utility costs low. All apartments have floor heating, and on the ground floor of every building is a shared storage room. Bathrooms are tiled with high-quality ceramic tiles; sanitary fittings are by Gustavsberg, with bathtubs by Balteco. The floors in the other rooms feature natural oak parquet, while the windows have aluminium-clad frames and spectrally-selective glazing. Each apartment has a spacious balcony and security door. The front door of the building is locked and has a door entry system.
There is a children's playground in the yard and enough parking for every apartment. The property is surrounded by a fence; the entrance gates are remote-controlled and open automatically. An apartment association has been founded.
We have built a single-family detached home at 18b Peetri Road. It is an Omatalo modular house. It is situated on a large plot with an area of 1617 m2. The plot is surrounded by a fence.

The Ülemiste residential area in Peetri in Rae municipality, which is now complete, can be considered IBE Estonia OÜ's first development project. All of the apartments have been sold. In collaboration with Soome Maja Ehitaja OÜ, IBE Estonia OÜ built semi-detached and terraced houses as part of the project with a total of 107 apartment ownerships. It is a complete residential area in which we have made sure that people are comfortable living. Central communications, roads, street lights, landscaping and a children's playground have all been established. Peetri is connected to public transport; a bus stop is situated within the residential area.
The development is situated on Tartu Highway, near the border of Tallinn and Rae municipality, approximately 10 minutes by car from the city centre. In close proximity are the Ülemiste Centre shopping centre and Peetri Selver supermarket. Vanaveski restaurant is within walking distance. In autumn 2009 the long-awaited Peetri kindergarten and basic school was built along with a sports hall and stadium. An extension to the school and kindergarten was opened in autumn 2013.
The Patika residential area is a 15-minute drive from central Tallinn along Tartu Highway, in the village of Patika between the Pirita River and Patika-Suuresta Road.
The plots are situated in a quiet area with a beautiful natural setting where a new living environment has been developed with asphalt roads, pavements and street lights.
Communications are central. The trees on the plots have been preserved wherever possible.
The plots, which vary in size from 1500-3000 m², ensure privacy for every property. There are 69 plots in total, all of which have been sold. On some we have built comfortable homes that are in harmony with the environment.
